OVER 50 YEARS OF HANDMADE PASTRY
It was 1969 when Antonio Mennella began baking his first desserts in Torre del Greco, in the province of Naples. At that time the desserts were worked and kneaded by hand with care, discipline and passion, using first quality ingredients: flour, fresh eggs, fresh butter and fresh milk, mixed and combined in a perfect balance. More than 50 years have passed since the first baked cake and nothing has changed in this respect.
