We ship throughout Italy, Europe and the USA

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via carrier with tracking and drop-off with signature.

I  delivery times of the goods are indicative as shipments are handled directly by the courier, therefore they are in no way binding for Artika Srl Delivery times should not be considered on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays. Delivery times higher than those indicated depend exclusively on impediments found by the courier and should not be considered binding for Artika Srl.  Delivery times are subject to variations during the holidays (Christmas, Easter ...) .

We will grant you a code to track your package online .

 Shipping rates are calculated based on the number of packages selected . 

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the customer is required to check: a) that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the transport document attached to the goods; b) that the packaging is intact and not altered even in the closing tapes if present. In case of tampering and / or breakage, the Customer must immediately contest the shipment and / or delivery by putting the wording "goods control reserve" on the delivery document received by the courier or other operator. Subsequently, he must report any damage within 2 (two) days of receipt of the Products in the manner prescribed by the operator chosen for shipment and / or delivery. In the event that the goods have not been collected within three working days from the courier's notice of passage, it is understood that the costs of storing the goods at the courier's warehouse will be borne by the customer if it is found that the latter has not proceeded to book the collection following the courier's notice of passage.

Shipping costs do not include porterage for the delivery of goods to the floor. Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs. The package will be shipped free port, but particular attention is paid to fragile items. The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them.
