The offer and sale of products on the web portal www.pasticceriamennella.it are governed by these general conditions of sale. RECIPIENTS

CONCLUSION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract will be concluded when the purchase order of one or more products made by the customer is electronically accepted by pasticceriamennella.store  by sending an e / mail confirming the order on e-mail address of the customer. Pasticceriamennella.store reserves the right not to process purchase orders that do not give sufficient guarantees of solvency or that are incomplete or incorrect or in case of unavailability of the products by providing communication via e / mail. PRICE
The prices of the products shown on the homepage or in the different sections of the site are inclusive of VAT but not of transport costs and do not include any taxes, duties, or other economic and / or tax charges applicable in the country of destination of the products, where this is different from Italy, which will be the sole responsibility of the customer.
DELIVERY
For delivery times, Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays should not be considered. Delivery times longer than those indicated depend exclusively on impediments found by the courier and should not be considered binding for Artika Srl. Keep in mind that these are handcrafted products for which, even if they are "available", it takes from 2 to 7 days to prepare them. Delivery times for available products therefore vary from 2 to 10 days Delivery times are subject to variations during the holidays (Christmas, Easter ...) In the event that the recipient is absent, pasticceriamennella.it will charge the costs of storage and redelivery to the recipient, unless hand-picked by the recipient directly from the warehouse of the reference courier. In case of unavailability of the product after the order, we will inform the customer via e-mail as soon as possible and propose a new date for delivery. The customer then has the choice to agree to postpone the delivery date or to cancel the order and obtain a refund.
WARRANTIES
The provisions of the law on warranty apply to purchases made by customers, including, if applicable, the rules provided for by the Consumer Code regarding guarantees towards consumers.
RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
Pursuant to art. 59 letters c), d) and e) of the Consumer Code, given the particular nature of the goods offered for sale, the provisions on exercising the customer's right of withdrawal do not apply.
