It was 1969...
...when Antonio Mennella began to bake his first desserts in Torre del Greco, near Naples.
At that time the desserts were worked and kneaded by hand with care, discipline and passion, using top quality ingredients, mixed and combined in a perfect balance.
Over 50 years have passed since the first dessert was baked, but nothing has changed
